「The hotel is nice with clean spacious rooms. The furniture and decor need some improving as they are mismatched and the information in the room is very limited. No information about the grounds or the area.
Most disappointing spa. It was filthy with clumps of hair in showers and plastic dirt and hairs by the poolside and dirty tea cups. The alarming thing was we returned the second morning and it was still the same. No cleaning had taken place over night.
The spa is advertised as a relaxing...

「I stayed for one night while visiting my daughter at Chichester University and had hoped to find a hotel I could use regularly, but I will not be returning.
The website says parking is available, but the hotel car park was difficult to find, extremely small and full. After a 2½-hour drive, I had to navigate a very busy town centre to find alternative parking, all of which was chargeable. The limited parking needs to be explained much more clearly before booking.
I arrived at 2.30pm, but my...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience.
The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to...
