“They have nice gardens,but the interior of the room is old and empty. I heard other guests, including myself, complaining that the air conditioning is not working properly. This hotel hosts a lot of local business and private parties, almost every day, resulting in their service staff being focused on taking care of the guests who come to host the meeting, and not taking good care of the guests staying in the hotel. The hotel only has one restaurant, and eating is always like that. If it weren't……

“This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.”

“Property was located in a quiet area and short safe walk to local restaurants. Room was nice sized with a good view from balcony with a large beautiful bathroom.”

“worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way.
