“Nice hotel. Very convenient to drive in and out of for a Charlottesville business trip. Very quiet and very close to Bodo's Bagels (big plus). The rooms were very clean, well kept, and I enjoyed my brief visit. Breakfast is adequate and as advertised.”

“This is a lovely place to stay in Charlottesville. The rooms and lobby are fantastic. We enjoyed the arboretum behind the hotel. The staff is helpful and I love the ability to text requests. The food was a bit disappointing this time compared to previous stays. Nobody staffing the espresso machine and no other options close by. Breakfast was pricey and mediocre. ”

I also loved how the hotel is steps away from a charming promenade of streets and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Charlottesville for another occasion. ”

“Initially I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews and seeing some of the travel pics. However, when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. Check in was easy and fast and I was even offered cookies. The hotel grounds, lobby and elevators were clean. Upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was modern and clean and bright (which is important to me). The pillows (which I typically hate at most hotels) were so fluffy and soft with the perfect……

“Room was clean. Common areas such as elevators and hallway carpet needed cleaning. Ran out of milk at breakfast, so no cereal to start tge day. Exercise room was clean and well equipped. ”

“From the staff at the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was great. Everything from the room to the area outside, everything was very clean. The only issue was the central heat and air. It was very loud, like a tractor trailer was outside our room. ”

“Property is very convenient to the University of Virginia and in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. Staff is extremely helpful and there’s a nice bar, quiet and beautiful swimming area, and cafe on the property. Rooms are a little dated and fairly sparse. Would have given five stars if not for the rooms.”

“Welcoming hotel in Charlottesville. Bright and clean lobby with great bar. Roof top bar smashing as well. Our room was clean and the bed wonderful to sleep on! Breakfast at the coffee shop was outstanding. Brilliantly they offer the breakfast menu from the indoor restaurant. Walkable to everything. Just loved it!”
