“Process went smoothly. Property manager did forgot to notify front desk of my arrival but with a quick phone call all was resolved. Place looked like online pictures. Everything was in working order. Great location.”

“We had a fantastic week at this rental home in Arundel. The home had everything we needed, and was VERY clean! I’m a stickler for cleanliness - and was impressed with this home. Everything is new, well taken care of. I think the simplicity of the home made it feel very clean, yet also was cozy. Plenty of space and beds for our small family. The grounds at this resort were beautiful. My kids loved riding bikes to the pool and clubhouse. We stay in KPT every year (Goose Rocks Beach is our #1!),……

“The condo in Samoset is a great location with a lot of amenities. Unfortuantely, the pool is not heated and in late August was pretty cold, but overall the condo was as described and sufficient for a family of 5.”

“While this is a nice place in a nice location, I would not recommend staying anywhere run by this host. When I arrived at the unit, it was 8 PM, and after a long day, my partner and I were looking forward to eating dinner and relaxing. There was supposed to be a key in the lock box for us to enter the unit. There was no key in the lock box. When we called customer service, someone gave us another location to check, but the lockbox didn't open there, and they did not have the correct code. We had……

“Adorable, clean, great location, and a pool. Great hosts!”

“A plumbing issue, complete lack of porch furniture, and lack of response from Vacasa really put a damper on this expensive stay. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was not working when we checked in. We alerted Vacasa when we realized that Sunday morning (had to use many methods to get ahold of help...calling, texting, messaging via VRBO). Someone did come by to band-aid it Sunday night and confirm we needed a plumber, but it broke again soon after. No follow up at all Monday or Tuesday until……

“We enjoyed our stay! The condo is very spacious- it had more than enough room for our family of 3.5. Our only complaint would be that there were no empty drawers to put our stuff away so we had to make it work out of our suitcase. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and equipment. A little confusion around checking out, but it was remedied. Overall, we had a great stay. Thanks again!”

“The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine.
