“Superb hotel, great location for ourselves, 3rd time visiting and we love this hotel. Room was lovely and clean, we chose to overlook the pool area. Breakfast is outstanding, probably the best you can get. Staff and housekeeping are are great, super professional. I’d highly highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t fault it.”

“Love the design of the hotels! The restaurant SEEN in the resort is great too!”

“I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall……

“I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. A special thank you to Eli, Patrick and Daniel, who all went above and beyond to make……

“Il n'y a rien à redire de cet établissement ! Une pure merveille sur tous les plans ! Lorsque nous reviendrons à Teneriffe, nous irons à nouveau dans ce superbe hôtel !”

“Vi hadde et perfekt opphold hvor jeg fridde til min kommende kone. Kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet. Fantastinsk opplevelse. Vi ønsker å komme tilbake ved en senere anledning.”

“Great complex, so lovely and friendly also very clean. 3 super restaurants onsite, our favourite was the Pirate bar, Will definitely be back.”

“Clean, good staff, very helpful”

“Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Everything is great except that the pool and dinner close a little bit early and there are not many parking spaces. Will recomment it! ”

“Das beste Frühstück das wir je hatten. Unbedingt die paar Euros extra ausgeben für Meerblick, wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und der Balkon mit dem Ausblick war alles.”

“Destaco el buen trato del personal y, como punto a mejorar, controlar de alguna manera que no accedan cucarachas a las habitaciones. En nuestro caso, tuvimos que matar a cuatro y no ha sido nada agradable. Gracias”

“I had an exceptional stay. The hotel excels in every detail: the rooms were immaculate thanks to housekeeping staff who even folded my clothes neatly, the food was excellent, and the team was genuinely attentive. The pool area has a wonderful atmosphere, and the ice cream deserves special mention—it was outstanding”

“Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint Would recommend this hotel”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Hard rock hotel. The facilities were excellent 3 very good pools with plenty of beds and music. The entertainment on the evening’s was very good but it only lasted an hour, and the drinks were very very expensive. The rooms were very modern and the cleaning was spotless, but we did have have a cockroach in our room on one occasion. That did not spoil our stay though because we were looked after very well by all the staff throughout our stay.”

“This was an utterly gorgeous hotel. I just took one point off of facilities since it could be challenging to book a table in the restaurant and there wasn’t any entertainment or much in the way of communal spaces for the evening, which is sometimes nice to have when you are holidaying solo. The staff were wonderful though, as were the rooms and bed. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Beautiful apartments and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I will be back!”
