Great house, great location

We had a great stay. House was fabulous and location was close to everything. We loved the outside set up and access to the canal with the paddle boards.

Incredible trip

We have been going to Anna Maria for the last 3 years and this property has been the best of our stays! Amenities like the dock, paddleboards, heated pool and spa were used daily! We even saw manatees off the dock. The walk to bean point is so easy and it’s super close to the shops on Pine Ave. The property managers were super responsive (even on 4th of July). We had an incredible stay.

Bare Minimum

We arrived as scheduled for our week stay. Initial impression was the house was clean. After settling in we discovered a few minor issues we had to work through, including, Pool pump/spa not functioning properly, pool was dirty, locating correct TV remotes, limited silverware for our group of 6 adults, 2 3 year olds and 2 younger than 18 months.We discovered that the vast majority of amenities were very basic, least expensive products. Grill worked but not very well. Fishing rod lines were knotted and not usable. Outdoor lights broken, not replaced, ping pong table in disrepair, etc. Our family had a great time, but seemed to constantly have smill issues come up that we're not needed. We called regarding the pool and maintenance man was VERY responsive. Resolved initial problem, but spa did not function correctly. Pool company came up the next morning and cleaned pool, but had to return after we complained about debris on bottom of pool. Shade over pool was great, but some of the trees constantly dropped buds into pool and required me to use the net with holes it multiple times a day just to stay ahead. Not what I wanted to do on vacation but it was a simple task. Paddle boards were fun, but again, lack of quality products disappointed us. 1 paddle would extend to adjust to height while the other paddle did not and made it difficult to use. A/C worked great, but we did discover mold in upstairs guest bathroom. Master Bath had been renovated. Vanity too small.

Peaceful and Tucked Away

We loved how we could spend almost all of our time outside on the amazing wrap around porch and very private pool and dock area, but only 3 min bike ride from coffee & breakfast. Tucked away and quiet and really enjoyable. We left feeling so relaxed!

Great house in Anna Maria Island

We thoroughly enjoyed Kingfish house! It was clean, fully stocked with all the necessities and we used the pool and dock every day! Very convenient location to the bay and the gulf sides and we enjoyed walking to Bean Point and both piers! We will definitely be back!!

Great Location to everything in Anna Maria

Home was accurately described! It was great having the pool and access to the bay from the inlet! Everything in one place made for lots of experiences and fun! The squirrels love Cheerios and the parrots were so cool to see!!

We’ll be back

Great location! We rented bikes to get to the beach access, restaurants, etc. The house has beach towels, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, and an amazing back deck. The pool area is so relaxing and we enjoyed playing ping pong. Looking forward to returning next year.

Family Trip

Had a blast on Anna Maria. Beautiful location for this property. Close to everything on the quiet side of the island. When we needed to hot tub panel reset due to a power outage, Wes was quick to stop by and get it up and running. We will be back!

Great House

Great house and location. Only recommendation that we have for the owners is to remove palm tree that sits over the pool. With all the trees around pool hard to get sunlight especially with the palm tree.

Family vacation

Stayed with my whole family of ten and it could not have been more perfect! It was the perfect size for everyone with plenty of room. We enjoyed the porch seating as well. I was expecting the place to be a little cleaner but over all it was very nice. We enjoyed the pool everyday, all day when we weren’t on the beach. I would suggest getting a golf cart or bikes as the walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes. We already can’t wait to come back !

What a Wonderful House

My wife and I are visiting Anna Maria Island for the month and wanted a place for our two sons to come down with their families to visit for a long weekend. There were five bedrooms so plenty of room for everyone. Having a pool kept the grandkids happy and our grandson loved fishing from the dock on the back of the property. The large table on the back porch made a great place for us to gather. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants and ice cream. We would highly recommend the house.

Great house and property

The house and property are wonderful but we found the house lacked basic supplies normally found in our rental properties over the past ten years. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness of the property and spent our first night cleaning so we would be comfortable. Outside of that, the house was fun and perfect for a family!

Laid Back Bachlorette Weekend

What a haven! We were 10 girls looking for a weekend away to celebrate a dear friends pending nuptials. This house offered us the space and tranquility we were looking for with easy access to some island excitement. The well stocked kitchen, gorgeous private back yard, heated pool, hot tub, plethora of seating, large porches, and comfortable beds made in house entertaining easy peasy. When we wanted to get into trouble, we were able to take a short ride on the Monkey Bus to stroll down Bridge Street. We are already planning our return visit.

Perfect

My family’s first time visiting AMI, and it was incredible! The house was very spacious and had a beautiful pool and two huge porches, one in the front and one in the back. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. The beds were comfy. The house was clean. I wish it had been listed that pool towels were on site, it would have saved us a little suitcase room. The only issue was the master bedroom had an unusually small sink that fit in the corner which made it very difficult to use especially when brushing your teeth. Very hard to spit lol. The location was great, the pool was great, the hot tub was great! We saw a manatee in the canal out back and caught a few fish. We really just had a great time! Thanks KingFish
