Location was wonderful and the pool area with the pool table and ping pong tables was where we spent many of our evenings. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a chill day staying at home or close to many beach access points. Property manager was great to communicate with and all property instructions were easy and clearly stated. Definitely recommend.

Great stay

This house and the location was just great. The beautiful beach was just a two minute ride with the bikes. Only the outdoor furniture could need a Little refresh but That was no reason to be worry about. Great vacation rental…!

House was very clean and smelled nice. Beautiful property that was as advertised. Really enjoyed being on the corner of the canal. Management was in touch on a couple of visits by needed maintenance and was very professional. Overall excellent stay, just went by too fast!!

Family trip

The location was perfect. The outdoor space was the best part. It is a large property compared to most on the island and it was well designed leaving plenty of room to relax. The inside was well set up. The rooms were spread out and gave plenty of space for sitting in the evening and plenty of dining space for the family to enjoy meals together. The dock was great for the boat. Easy to navigate in and out of the canal. Communication for check-in was perfect. AMI life vacations was great at communicating with us for any needs we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the relaxed style of the house and felt that it was a perfect location; on the water and close/ walking distance to many local dining spots/ shops and beautiful beach. The pool area was excellent, well supplied with loungers / dining area and table tennis. The high temperatures in Anna Maria meant that we spent a lot of time in the pool. So pleased we had our own. The grounds to the house were also immaculate. We had a fabulous holiday - didn't want to leave …..

Kitchen could have had more cooking supplies, better pool instructions, use of golf cart, screen door was ripped in back of house, kayaks to use in canal, lacked a lot of things especially for the price. Bathrooms need updated.
