"I loved staying here. The turquoise accents in the room really made it feel I like the ocean. I could see the beautiful pool in the ocean from my window. It was just a short walk to the beach. I will definitely stay here again!"

"We had an ocean view room with a balcony. The beach was very nice. The staff at the front desk bordered on rude. The room was fine if you’re used to Mexican hotel standards—tired furnishings, poor quality bedding, no water in room, no hairdryer, only 2 bath towels and one hand towel provided, no towel bar. If the hotel was half the price it would be great. They’re getting by because of their location, definitely not their standards or service. "

"Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that this service was offered to me every 4 days but only happened 3 times in 7 weeks. Upon me showing them this on my original booking, they promptly removed it from their site. I was not impressed with how this was handled and would certainly never recommend to anyone wanting these Accommodations long term. It was unfortunate because everything else was excellent."

"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Fully equipped room one block from the beach. No front desk to speak of but clean and basic. "

"Host was a fantastic communicator before and during our stay. We rented both units for 4BR total. Location was perfect! You can easily walk everywhere or catch a cab. Our host gave us terrific recommendations for transportation, snorkeling and restaurants. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and we enjoyed having a washer and dryer in unit and drinking water available. Will definitely be renting again soon!"
