“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute little A-frame - perfect for a couple. The location is quiet and private and provides some really nice views. The bed is comfortable and overall the place is fine. We didn't get to use the hot top because it was 15 degrees……

“Property was spacious and very comfortable as advertised. Was a little disappointed in couple of issues, fire pit on porch, LP gas was empty, several days we could have enjoyed sitting on the porch, flood lights did not work, ironically the day we were leaving a tech showed up to fix them, obviously he knew before our stay…..no trash cans, went to dump several times using pass…”

“Check in was easy.Kitchen was beautiful and stocked nicely.Wifi was good.Very nice back yard and clean access to river.Nice bathrooms. Beautiful and clean home.Welcoming for family and pets. Side yard fence for dogs was convenient. Hot tub was nice.Nice neighbors.Quiet place to relax. Located close to West Jefferson which has good reataurants and shopping.Not too far from Boone as well if you want to visit a bigger town. ”
