"Quiet and pleasant little resort hotel"

"80歳の母の誕生日のお祝いで花火の日に宿泊しました。 お値段は確かにかなり高かったですが、それ以上に満足出来るくらいスタッフさん対応の良さやお部屋の快適さ•花火が目の前に見えるロケーションなどを考えるとたったも満足でした。 宿泊前から何度も何度も連絡を取ってケーキの手配をしてもらったり質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて不安がどんどん解消されて当日は母にとって最高のお誕生日になったと思います。"

"The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service. However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time...
