“We came for the St Jude marathon. This place worked great for us. Clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it is extremely close to a very busy street, you can hear traffic when you're in the bedroom. I'm a light sleeper and needed my white noise background to block out the traffic noise. One other positive, although described as an apartment, I would call it more of a guest house. You don't share walls with anyone.”

“I've stayed in multiple vrbos in memphis for work. By far this was the cleanest, safest place to stay. It had everything needed for my extended stay. Questions were answered promptly also by property management. I would stay again in the future if i come back.”

“Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to……
