「Staff are very friendly and attentive and the views and location are perfect! Restaurant and breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel too」

「The price is good, its clean and convenient . The guy didnt get up for breakfast one morning and its basic but it says that on the tin」

「被編排房間好像員工房一樣，雖則房間內部也可接受。」

「We found everything at the resort to be excellent. We did not have time to take advantage of the pools and exercise equipment, nor some of the other facilities available. The restaurant buffet breakfasts were superb. However, we did not like the burgers, which were required by law to be well done.」

「We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both the rooms and communal seating areas were clean and well maintained.」

「Friendly and helpful staff and excellent food in restaurant. Nice Lochside location. Great location for visiting the nearby Dumfries House a short drive away.」

「Nice hotel , first time. Booked it for my husbands birthday as he wanted to try because we have stayed a few times at the waterside & loved it. Preferred the waterside. Food is better although we had a good meal at the gailes. My husband is really hard to please. A retired chef.😗 My meal was really nice but my husband had battered fish & he did say it was tasteless. We had a good sleep & breakfast was good.Room was just as i had asked. Spotlessly clean. Well done to your cleaning staff,...

「good stay」

「During the stay, fire alarm rings 5 times for no reasons. 2am+ 3am+ 5am+ 6am+ 9am+. And hotel don't care to tell what happen. We don't have good rest at all.」

「Good」

「Rooms where clean and well maintained. Sadly food was poor, we ate in the restaurant on the first evening, one meal was over cooked while my lamb was very chewey. Breakfast on day 2 was poor, they said it would be cooked to order but it looked and tasted like it had come from the buffet they had just cleared from a coach party. The staff were variable some abrupt and others went through the motions but werent enjoying their jobs??!」

「Comfortable room with nice shower room and spotlessly clean. Tasty food and excellent service in the restaurant. Right on the seafront with lots of parking」

「The staff were all manarable and attentive . The rooms were spotless and comfy beds and pillows.」

「Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with excellent coffee」

「Friendly helpful staff, clean room slightly tired, excellent breakfast with quality sausages and bacon! Friday and Saturday nights can be quite loud outside the hotel being a city centre location.」
