「First, they need to invest in quality mattress and pillows. Every morning I woke up with back pain from the mattress being too thin and neck pain from the pillows being flatter than pancakes.
The room was nice and spacious.
The good thing is that they have a private underground garage parking. The bad thing is if you rented a large vehicle, it’s very difficult to park in the garage.
The breakfast buffet need more options for people that have diet restrictions.」

「Our room was clean and our staff was very friendly and helpful. Our front desk attendant helped us book our Bullfight tickets which was very helpful. The property has so much history, that you could make it a tour in of itself. I would definitely stay again if visiting Terceira.」
