Nestled in the serene village of Camerton in Somerset, Pinecone Lodges offer an ideal setting for guests to unwind and embrace the tranquility of the English countryside.. All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, Gas Woodburner, Sofa Bed (Double), French Doors Leading To Balcony
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher
Bedroom 1: ¾ Double (4ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Doggy extras. Shared on-site facilities: External laundry room with tumble dryer. Games room. Cinema room. Children’s play area. Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 10m x 5m, depth 1.1m x 1.4m, open from 10am - 9pm) with shower facilities and changing facilities. Bike store. Garden with patio. Enclosed grounds with terrace, garden furniture and gas barbecue (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 5 (private). 1 dog welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £80.. This Scandinavian self-catering lodges sleep up to 6 guests. The two bedrooms offer a ¾ bed and double bed and twin beds. Each lodge features a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a living area with a flat-screen TV and gas wood burner, and a shower room. A delightful veranda with views over the river has outdoor seating perfect for a morning coffee. Guests can also enjoy the shared, enclosed garden for leisurely morning breakfasts or evening conversations with a glass of wine, providing stunning views of the local countryside.
Facilities comprise an outdoor heated swimming pool with a separate shower, toilet, and changing room, as well as a cinema room, enclosed paddock for dogs, barbecue, sun terrace, river walks, and various seating areas for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A fully enclosed play area for children features swings, a slide, trampoline, and there is also a games room for both children and adults.
Each studio allows one dog and includes a doggy welcome pack, with dogs to be kept on a lead due to potential other dogs on site. An enclosed paddock is designated for dog use. There are communal laundry facilities available for guests use.
Please note that Pinecone Lodges and Studios now require a £80 refundable damage security deposit, payable 7 days prior to your stay and refunded within 7 days of guest departure post inspection and cleaning.
Camerton, a hamlet conveniently situated just 8 miles from the heart of Georgian Bath, rests on the Cam Brook in the heart of the Cam Valley. The location also offers easy access to various visitor attractions within a short drive, including Bath’s Roman cityscape with excellent dining, shopping, historic Roman baths, and Georgian Architecture. Nearby is the ancient town of Glastonbury, drawing thousands for the annual Glastonbury music festival. Additionally, Lord Bath’s Longleat House and Safari Park, a premier wildlife destination, adds to the array of attractions. This makes Pinecone Lodges an ideal base for exploring the rich variety of local attractions.
