“Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser und wurde für uns vom ersten Moment an zu einem echten Wohlfühlort. Wir wurden von der Familie (inhabergeführtes Hotel) herzlich empfangen und über das gesamte Wochenende wunderbar begleitet. Alle sind unglaublich warmherzig und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man den Alltag sofort vergisst. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick gebucht. Es hat unsere Erwartungen und auch die Bilder noch einmal deutlich übertroffen. Der Blick und der Genuß war einfach……

“the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. “We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy .”
