「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

「Este alojamiento es una gema escondida junto al lago de Como. Es sencillo pero tiene carácter. No tienen personal todo el tiempo, pero con las indicaciones de cómo abrir la puerta y conseguir la llave, pudimos ingresar por la noche sin inconvenientes. En la mañana, el desayuno fue agradable, no muchas opciones, pero excelente sabor. El personal nos ayudó con información sobre cómo tomar el barco que lleva a Bellagio y sobre turismo en los alrededores. También se puede ir a pie a Bellagio y se...

「Staff was great in communication and even met me at the property to check in and show me around. Amenities were good. Tub/shower is charming, but deep. Grab bar could be helpful, especially for older guests. Convenient location. Would recommend.」

「Our stay was lovely just outside of Bellagio. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with plugs, local information etc and was spotlessly clean. A ferry pickup, supermarket, park, beach and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. We hope to get to use the inviting pool for a future visit during warmer weather.」

「We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.」
