“Perfectly located for a friend getaway including my pup. Right on a dog friendly beach, it was convenient for daily walks to town for delicious treats. Hostess Angela was super responsive to an issue we had with the water heater and had it repaired the next day. I would love to return to this beachfront gateway ”

“If you are looking for some beach time - this is the place. Great access to the beach. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work. The cottage has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck needs a little repair. The back yard is great for morning or evening gatherings. Great……

“This house is up a windy road in the hills, and as such is quiet and serene, although a quick trip down the hill gets you to a highway that will quickly whisk you away to Oakland, San Francisco or Walnut Creek. It's also within 10 minutes of gorgeous hiking among the redwoods. The space itself is beautiful and serene with artistic touches that make it stand out from other rentals. Highly recommended for when you want to recharge in a beautiful canyon setting!”

“Love this rental for numerous reasons! Location is ideal. (Short walk to Lazy Bird coffee for those who enjoy that!) Wonderful neighborhood with gorgeous homes and gardens. The cottage feels large for a one bedroom. Kitchen is beautiful and well appointed! Bed was so comfy! TV with plenty of offerings, WIFI was fast, shower great, (living room furniture is adequate but not "comfy" per se). Overall, a wonderful stay and a darling rental that met our needs extremely well! Love Alameda! ”

“Booked this location to be closer to work for a week while work was getting done on my house. It was clean and a perfect getaway. Host was also very responsive!”

“We are spoiled for any other rental. The house was perfect. We have never seen one kept in such great repair. Everything you could need while staying was supplied in the house. The view was awesome. The porch was amazing. The house was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great. The location was convenient to everything. The host was considerate and friendly and even let us check in early. We wish we could have this rental everywhere we travel!”

“Cute little place! 30 minutes from San Francisco Pier 39 area. We easily got an Uber for travel. Nice neighborhood with a market within a 15. walk. Definitely enjoyed the stay here! Note: the bathroom door knob needs updated. If you shut the door all the way. You get locked in the bathroom and cannot get out. ”
