“It’s a good “budget friendly” place. If you’re looking for something resort like, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for somewhere decent to sleep at night this will definitely work! Great location, small but comfortable and clean rooms. Very easy check in/check out process. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was nice and quiet, which I love. 2 minute walk from the beach and restaurant of your choice. Easy walk to any store as well. Only thing that could improve are the chairs they lend out free of charge. They look like they’ve seen better days. But free is free so they did just fine. Would definitely come back for my futures trips to Fort Lauderdale!”

“The location was close to the beach and plenty of dining options. The workers were very friendly and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more. I love the property. We didn’t feel too safe because the door doesn't look secure from the inside. Quiet time by law is 10pm and it was quiet by then but before that, other renters would party by the pool with their family/friends like it's their house. Drinking, loud music, and just loud conversations. So if you get a room by the pool, this could possibly……

“My back hurt after sleeping for a night. The hotel should replace the mattress with a better quality one. Other hotel service is good.”

“We had such a great time here. Yes, it is small and not "up to date" but it was so cute and comfortable. It was right across from the beach - cute little restaurant across the street and we even walked to one about .5 mile away. The service was AMAZING - it was a great price for our stay for the weekend. The only problem we had was we could not get out of the parking lot in the morning it was really tight. ”

“This was a great option for our stay, near friends. The hotel is quiet, beautiful mature tropical foliage, and excellent customer service. We loved learning about the "North Village", multiple boutique hotels (affordable), and walkable coffe shop, food truck, cafe, and more. Great concept directly behind the waterfront luxury hotels, and 2 blocks from the beach.”

“Had a very good experience here. The room was a lot bigger and nicer than other reviews made it out to be. We did hear the upstairs neighbors a lot but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. For the most part it was very quiet. I love that you could walk to the Publix and Starbucks, location for the price is a major win. The shower pressure was also amazing! ”
