“I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, clean and spacious. The decor was classy and tasteful and I did not encounter a single staff member (including the Valets) who were anything less than pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Room service was prompt, curtious and the food was spectacular. If you like steak, order the ‘Hangar Steak’, you won’t be disappointed. Anytime I come back to San Antonio, it’s a no brainer as to where I will stay, it will be the……

“This hotel is beautiful. We celebrated a birthday trip for my daughter and myself, along with our family. Unfortunately the pool water was fairly cold. Since advertising, you have heat controlled pools, we were disappointed since we chose this resort for swimming. Most people were jumping out of the pool after stepping in and stating the same. The hotel was great and we were allowed a late checkout to try the pool again, but unfortunately, we mostly kept to the hot tub. I think this is a 5 star……

“這是我住過最大方的飯店，雖有點老舊但也不失清潔與整體感，，也因如此它有它的歷史及故事存在更是一番風味,在這我不用擔心WIFI另外收費，以及除了飯店常見的早餐，在這竟也不用擔心外出尋找晚餐.它是免費的晚餐..太不可思議了我覺得很物超所值~ 地點也很好，下樓就可以到Riverwalk，不是在最熱鬧地區，若是要享受悠閒的度假，會是鬧中取靜的飯店，我非常的喜歡”
