Discover tranquility at this custom-built rustic-style home nestled among tall pines, perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Relax in the cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, or challenge friends to a round of Pac-Man. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a welcoming island, making it ideal for home-cooked meals.

Beautiful backyard pond (supervision required for children and pets).

2 parking spots in the driveway, 1 spot under the carport (No street parking)
PET FRIENDLY: Max 2 pets ($100/each) 1. Owner must completely clean up after pet - please bring poop bags. 2. Pets are to never be alone inside the property without crate. 3. Pets are not allowed on the furniture - please bring blanket from home (do not use any of our house blankets)

Other Things to Note:
You will have 2 days to sign all Big Bear City Required Documents. Please check the weather reports before arrival.
If it is snowing or snowed recently tire cables may be REQUIRED! The CHP will make you turn-around and get cables if you do not have any. Best to have them in your vehicle before you leave. Reservations cannot be refunded to do weather. Please look into travel insurance if you are worried about your stay.
Please note that this property is Pet friendly. On occasion, well-behaved and trained pets may visit. Additionally, the yard may have uneven ground in certain areas, so we kindly ask guests to watch their step.

You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out, if you cannot locate this please ask and we are happy to send it to you before booking.
