My friends and I stayed at this location as we were there to run the Kodiak Ultramarathon races. The location was so great, with an easy walk or drive into The Village. And great view of the sunrise from the jacuzzi in the mornings. Place was huge and clean, and communication was super easy with the management company. We look forward to staying there again.

Took a group of young people snd they had a blast ! House was a perfect set up for entertainment, with lots of TV stations, pool table and ping pong, and a hot tub that was already hot and ready to use ! They loved all the nearby restaurants

Great location and ppty. We enjoyed our stay though there were uncomfortable hot days. Fan in the living room wasnt working. However, overall experience is great. Our kids were even able to play basketball at the cul de sac. Enough space to give kids and adults privacy.

Great rental property, great location. We rented this house in Big Bear for the 4th of July weekend. The house was spacious with plenty of room for twelve people to hang out together and also to spread out for privacy. The house was clean, nicely furnished with comfortable seating. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals including quality appliances. The kids loved the air hockey and pool table. The spa was a bonus on the balcony. We were able to view the spectacular fireworks show from the large balcony. Great location within walking distance to the village. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely highly recommend this rental

The house was very nice, had everything we needed. A nice 15 minute walk to the Village or a 4 minute drive. Kids got to enjoy fresh snow on the hill of the house.

This house was as described/pictured. My family enjoyed the spacious game room with the Air Hockey Table, played unless hours on the pool table, enjoyed the bedrooms and the hot tub was a hit. The beds were comfortable and the Village was really close to the cabin. This cabin was an A+ for my family.

Big bear is a great city, and this property was very good. Overall it was a good property and I would definitely come back again to this place. Some of the appliances werent in the best shape, such as the fridge but the maintenance crew were willing to come check on it. Thanks for everything!

The house was great. Large for our family of 10. Enough space for everyone to accommodate themselves. The house is close to everything, the lake, the village, the activity locations. That being said there were a few cons. The house was not as clean as I would expect. Being that I’m a clean freak there was a few things that were not clean. The fans are extremely dirty/dusty. My daughter suffers from allergies and dust triggers it. Also the hot tub water is so dirty it was cloudy. Plus it didn’t work, which we just left it at that since it was dirty. And last the jetted tub in the master was filthy. I did bring my cleaning supplies so I cleaned and disinfected it so that was ok. Overall the house was great we enjoyed our stay. The minor issues did not ruin our vacation. But I feel like these things should be addressed before the next renter. I would definitely recommend this home. We had a blast!

This place is awesome. Beautiful views. Beautiful Decour. Fun games for the children. A couple of small problems. Advertised cable TV but there was no cable TV and unfortunately that was on the weekend of the college national football semi finals and they were too awesome games. Such a bummer. The property management team is extending a partial refund for that and the problem of parasites in the Jacuzzi. We sent pictures of the critters one of which was stuck to my son. Tragic Especially because my wife has OCD diagnosed and it led her to look for parasites everywhere after. I hope none of the kids get sick from that. We did send pictures to the property management team. They were scary. Other than that it was great except for the TV upstairs also not working for Netflix which made it difficult given our sleeping arrangements. Aside from those few oversights and lack of maintenance in advance which was disappointing because we paid top dollar and didn’t go through craigslist, it was great
