The heating on the ground floor was not working properly. For the value of the property per night, we expected there to be someone to attend to our needs and explain how the amenities worked. The keys to the fireplace had to be found as well as the TV controls, since they were not in their place. The gas tank for the grill was empty. The jacuzzi does not work and was dirty. A message was sent to them and they did not resolve the issue. The listing mentions that it includes a lift, which they did not give us information about.
