Not worth the price, stay elsewhere
For the price they charge you for this place, it was not worth it at all.
The kitchen corners were filthy, i have pictures of it. The kitchen was not fully stocked as mentioned in the description.
The oven door did not close all the way, food would not cook properly. The dishwasher is broken.
None of the TVs in the house worked with cable. I called and they said it wa a the input or batteries in remote. It was neither. We tried trouble shooting for awhile and just gave up.
The bed spreads were dirty and looked like they had not been washed.
The children’s playhouse in the backyard was so disgusting and messy i couldn’t even let my kids go in there. We tried to bbq one night and the bbq was filthy and not cleaned properly.
We checked out early because it was just not worth it. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and was very disappointed in this property, especially during a pandemic where everything should be 10x as clean.
I have complained to property manager and big bear destinations and have not heard back from either. Will be disputing charges with our credit card
