To the right you will find the main living area, with floor to ceiling windows, expansive woodwork and custom stone wood burning fireplace. This home is all about the entertainment. The open concept main living room provides a space for everyone to gather comfortably no matter what amenity they are enjoying. Shuffleboard table and a pub table are provided to the left of the fireplace. Enjoy a movie or your favorite show on the flat screen TV with cable, or stream your device on the homes WIFI. To the right you will find a pool table and a full wet bar. The dining area has a custom farmhouse table with 4 chairs and a bench. Additional seating for two can be found at the kitchen island.

The custom cook's kitchen, has been upgraded with gorgeous blue cabinetry, white soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher, microwave, oversized fridge/freezer combo, five burner gas range and wall oven. There is also a standard coffee pot and blender provided for your use along with a custom drop in farmhouse style sink.

Magnificent windows look out onto the deck and forest in the back. Step outside for some fresh air and grill up some steaks on the propane barbeque. An outside speaker system will allow you to listen to you favorite music while you soak your cares away in the eight person hot tub. The pine trees that surround the home are sure to provide the perfect Big Bear getaway. The expansive wraparound deck provides plenty of space for your outdoor entertaining. Sit by the lighted blockwall at night, or enjoy a drink at the pub table. The kids are sure to enjoy the custom built outdoor playhouse.
 
After your long day exploring Big Bear, head inside to settle down for the night in one of four bedrooms. The Master bedroom is a unique loft, providing a qeen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. The large living room windows allow for plenty of natural light and views of the forest line. An attached bathroom can also be found in the loft with a walk in shower and seperate restroom area. Downstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Two of the lower level bedrooms both include queen size beds while the bedroom down the hall includes a twin over full bunk and a full size futon. A flat screen TV with cable can also be found in this room. In the hall you will find a full bathroom with deck access that leads outside.
 
Wintersets Inn is located in the snow summit neighborhood and sits in a quiet culdesac, giving you a peaceful and private getaway. During the winter, avoid the traffic and walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort which is less than a mile away. The Village Shopping Center is a 6 minute drive and provides plenty of food and nightlife options. In the warmer months, Ski Beach Park and the lake is only 5 minutes from the home, giving you easy access to stunning lake views and family friendly activities.

Note: This property is located in a tree lined quiet culdesac neighborhood, although we want our guests to enjoy the outdoor setting of this home, including the outdoor playhouse, we ask that you respect the neighboring properties.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
