Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The management company (cottages.com aka Hoeseasons) made a mistake with payment and as a result cancelled the booking before our stay. Then tried to keep money that had been paid. Eventually it was refunded after lots of phone calls, emails and the management company reviewing previous phone calls. They offered a voucher as a good will gesture but this never materialised. In all honesty, I wouldn’t want to use it or their services again due to such a terrible experience.

Hopwood

Enormous house on nice location and lovely view. The house is well equipped and has a large garden but could use some TLC. Wales and the Cotswolds are an hour away, Bath and Stonehenge some two hours.
