We loved our stay. It is close to the front and the tower. The room was small but comfy. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a full English breakfast or a variety of cereals and fruit. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We arrived about 12pm and was welcomed by Alan, very friendly gave us our key, room was very small and basic, could do with a freshen up, couldn’t get hot water for shower what you would expect for Blackpool, perfect for being near by North train station, breakfast was very good,

The two hosts were absolutely amazing and were lovely. They ensured you had everything you needed. The room was clean and nice. It was a lovely touch to have a chocolate on the pillow too. Definitely will stay again when im back in blackpool.

all good.except....

room was spotlessly clean,bathroom adequate,if rather small.very accomodating hosts,very helpful.excellent breakfast.one incident,however,made my mind up to never stay here again though.on my second night of 3 here,a gay male guest(this establishment welcomes both gay and straight guests)tried to(and this is the only way it could be described)sexually assault me at the top of the stairs while i made my way to my room.This incident made me feel quite anxious and a bit angry too to be honest.i did report this to 1 of the owners the next morning.all i can hope is that an attempt to identify the man in question has or was made via thee cctv,and he will not be allowed to stay again.i would say to any straight person wishing to stay here,if you are not okay listening to gay innuendo between owners and guests while trying to eat your breakfast,then this place isn't for you.i had no wish to write such a review,as this hotel is very good,and excellent value for money.But perhaps more could be done to ensure all guests,gay or straight feel happy to stay here.

the Garnett is a realy nice place clean and tidy and the owners are realy nice Dean and Allan they couldent do enough for you and the Breakfast was a real Belly Buster lol and i would recommend it to All Hotels.com Customers Mr McIntosh room 6 and a nice touch i left my Mothers Wedding Ring and they called me to say i had left it that was realy nice of them thanks again

Bed was Flea Riddled

The Host were quite nice. Hotel 5 mins walk from Railway Station. Ten mins walk from Town Centre. How ever the bed Was Flea Ridden with Dust Mites. I had taken can of Raid Fly Killer with me after Experience at Butlins. Gave the bed Quick Spray when i Arrived but was itching like man at night had to try and respray And by another can the next day and Spray the whole bed and covers as best i could to get a good night sleep. I paid extra for En suite room the Bathroom was very small the Toilet seat would nit stay up so had to wee in the sink. The shower was only cold Water tried three time to get warm water to no Avil. Breakfast was good and hot.

Easy check in, great hosts. Room has everything you need for a short break. Full cooked breakfast along with cereals and fruit. Coffee and toast brought on request. Would definitely return if I'm back in Blackpool.
