「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「This was one of my favorite stays. Communication with the host was a breeze, and she was so kind. This little cottage looks so simple from the outside, but it anything but simple. It's updated, has a well stocked kitchen, and is thoughtfully decorated. The fireplace creates a cozy space. The hot tub is the perfect way to end the day. The real star was the shower. Excellent water pressure and features. Bed was also comfortable. The location is pretty unbeatable. We walked to town multiple times,...

「We had an amazing stay! We had 6 kids with us and they loved it too. They were able to have their own space/level which was really helpful. The house was beautiful and quiet. It was exactly as pictured. When we had questions, Cherokee rose was available via text and got back to us right away. The location was great too- close to downtown and about 20 mins from most of the hikes we did. We would definitely recommend this house for groups or families especially with kids. 」

「Me and my wife have made the trip annually to TN and Blue Ridge area for many years now. This was our absolute favorite. Being in the mountains, we always prefer to spend most of our time outside. The outdoor space was incredible. The house itself was very clean and the rustic charm made us feel instantly like we belonged there. Will book again if circumstance and availability allow.」

「We host and House are great! It’s really cool to have all the deer coming right up to you at this place. However, the kitchen is missing some essentials, the home a 8/10 on cleanliness upon arrival, the beds were as hard as the floor, and the sheets were like covering up with a tarp. The home is new (still has protective films places and the refrigerator isn’t all the way unwrapped) so probably just a few kinks that are being worked through. Overall, happy with our stay and would go back!」
