"When we arrived and checked in the staff member could NOT find our reservation even though I had given him my confirmation email and the number on the Hotel.com app. Whilst the staff member tried to sort this put they offered my husband and myself a free drink. Eventually we were able to get a room, however, when we got to our room we noticed how small this was, there was nowhere to hang out clothes, the only place to put our belongings was in one little drawer. We tried to charge mine and my husbands phones via the electric sockets with NO success, the lamp that was in our room DIDNT work and when touches the top part came away from the main stand. The TV, which was on the wall, WOULDNT switch on/off via the remote control, we had to lift the TV and use the electric switch which was tucked under the TV. When it was time to close the curtains if you were not careful the whole curtain would move to the other side and as the single little drawer was placed right in front of the window it was extremely hard to pull back. There were hols in the wall. The shower was NOT very good the spray was very fine and DIDNT come straight down it would bounce off the wall, the hand held shower although sis work better the water would pour out of the connection between the pipe and head.
The room itself was extremely small more of a single room than a double - if there was a single bed there you could fit a wardrobe in - there was only just enough room to walk around the bed
