“Safe clean great breakfast”

“My room smelled moldy when I entered it. I ran the heat to attempt to remove the odor but could not. Now that I am home my clothes smell moldy as well. Staff was very helpful.”

“Nice hotel. Free buffet breakfast and dinner. Close to eateries and 10 minutes from Kings Island”

“The pool area was super small and dirty. The was a baseball championship going on in the area and there was kids playing baseball in the parking lot. There was being leaving alcoholic beverages and trash everywhere. Trash and wet towels were being left on the patio and in the pool area. The breakfast was $16.95 a person and at the room price should have been included. Also, this hotels needs renovation at this price.”

“The beds are not made every day of our 3 days stay in the hotel. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is sufficient but could still be improved. Overall, our experience was pleasant.”

“The suite was good for families. Kitchen is very convenient to have. Airconditioning was good. The only thing is that during our stay some people were smoking weed outside and when it rained you can smell it in the hallway.”

“Not a bad hotel for the price. I would've given it five stars, but I had requested a late checkout in the evening, but that wasn't communicated to the day staff so I had three people banging on my door at 11 AM. Other than that, it was quite pleasant.”

“Everything was very good except pool area Sunday morning was a mess. Coffee in the morning ran out of robust coffee a couple of times. Breakfast area clean and pool usually clean except Sunday morning.”

“Breakfast was a disappointment. They had no pancakes available, due to low or no batter. Food was cold or barely warm. Breakfast offerings were not great. A huge letdown. Parking was also a challenge at night. Not enough safe parking available. 2 extremely large vehicles with tow took many spaces.”

“This was overall a nice hotel, clean rooms the bathroom didn’t have shampoo for men but that’s ok. The staff was very Professional, helped me with my remote control it didn’t work but put fresh batteries in it, the pool area was nice n clean n warm, the breakfast was really good, hotel was quiet inside n out, hallways n stairs was clean, no elevator but that’s ok, I will be staying here on my next visit. I give it 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you 😊”

“Everything was beautifully set, my kids and family love it here especially the staff, the only thing that borders me was I have to come down to get towels at the front desk no house keeping after hours.”
