“位置很好，离主要景点坐地铁都很近，离地铁站步 行5分钟、巴士站步行1分钟；装修很不错，设施很新有厨房洗衣机洗碗机客厅，让人有家的感觉；服务是24小时的，没到入住时间可以先免费寄存行李然后回酒店时打电话给前台开门，这一点非常加分；不满意的是卫生，洗衣机里有上一位客人留下的很多毛线残留，脏得我们没法使用，橱柜里也有没吃完的零食。”

“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……

“Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). “Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. “Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby.
Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared.
The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube……

“酒店是傳統的英國住宅大廈。房間經 過番新，裏面裝修新穎，十分乾淨，但不是太大，每日有人定時打掃。但浴室的花灑頭水流有些弱，不過我想應該是當地水壓問題。早餐是自助式早餐，不過不失。酒店地理位置很好，從火車站出來行5分鐘便到酒店，周圍有幾間超級市場，也有食肆餐廳，十分方便。英國酒店是沒有拖鞋提供，記住自備，不過我有兩天也是赤腳在房間走，腳底還是十分乾淨，證明了酒店的打掃很好，這間站店是值得推介的。”
