「Our host was excellent, as he responded quickly to any and all questions I sent. The description provided in the listing is spot on. It was a wonderful home for our family of 4, with plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. There was breakfast food available in the home upon our arrival, and the bed was very comfortable. Having been to London multiple times, this was our favorite home to stay in by far. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. 「The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options.」
