“What a wonderful, classy, old-world hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful and just nice as heck. The pool was a perfect respite during a busy trip, clean and refreshing with a big basket of pretty striped towels provided for guests. Each day began with a fantastic breakfast in the dining room: waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal, cereals, fresh fruit, breads, etc. plus all day long, fresh ice water and coffee & tea in the living room area. “My family of four just stayed at Barefoot for a week during our first visit to the area. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The staff that cleans the common areas were very hardworking. We got a 2-bedroom with kitchenette and balcony for a reasonable price, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We came without a car and were able to walk to restaurants, shops, 7-11, and ordered groceries a few times. Overall excellent stay. Only wish the hot tub and pool were open past 9 pm……
