“Lovely resort with super helpful staff”

I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. “Just a very pleasant surprise on many levels. This is a smaller hotel that is newer, yet retains its charm as a unique, mountain type escape. Staff is extremely helpful. Be aware that because this is not a chain, staff hours are not 24/7, so it is worth confirming your arrival time with the hotel directly a day or two in advance to ensure someone is there to greet you and get you checked in. “we had an excellent stay, the room bedding was excellent and cleaning. Also there is one separate sitting area/room which is luxury. The backyard has a patio table with chairs which is neat and peaceful. I liked it very much, it exceeded my expectation.”

“Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty.
