"Positive: The room was reasonably clean. Most of the staff was friendly, exspecially the blond guy on weekdays in the morning and the breakfast ladies.
Negative: The management is awful, they just don't care. Let me give you a few examples: We were there for a 4 day stay. It was stated that room cleaning service would be on request only. So on 2 separate days we requested housekeeping. We received none. NONE. The second day we were informed that they had 60 check-outs this day, so they were very busy. How is that my problem that they can't hire enough people? The person I was talking to seemed to be a relative of the owner, he did not even remove his ear buds to talk to me.
Another thing: We travel for business, so every now and then we need to print a few pages. We choose hotels that offer a business center which provides us with a computer and a printer. First evening, the computer at the business center did not work. Screen was frozen, no mouse attached! We let the front desk know about this and the guy offered us to print a few pages if we send them to a gmail address. Well, our prints contain personal data of our customers so I prefer not to send them to a random email. I had to but I felt very uncomfortable doing it. Needless to say that we repeatedly requested this being fixed but to no avail.
The management does not care. As long as you pay, they're good.
But they managed to hang 4 signs up at the breakfast room to remind you not to remove any food items!"
