When we arrive at the settings, we found out that the room assigned to us was given to another guess and therefore we were assigned to one that did not meet what we had reserved. Rodrigo, the property manager, called us to explain what had happen. He was so embarrassed and offered us a full refund. Since it was late at night, we expressed to him that there was no need to do so and to just find us a room in which our three kids, my wife and I would be able to fit and rest well. He was extremely kind and was doing his best to accommodate us. Even though he was not able to find us another room, he went above and beyond and was having frequent dialogues with us and wanted to compensate us for the trouble we had faced. The fact that he was communicating with us frequently, made us feel so comfortable that we would NOT hesitate to book this property once again. He ended up refunding us half but he did not need to. We were truly grateful for all his attentions. The room we stayed was truly beautiful and extremely clean. Thank you Rodrigo for being such an amazing host.

They property is set right on the beach which is beautiful but the property itself is in rough shape. My room was a decent size, beautiful view but is in rough shape. When I showed up, someone was in my room. Apparently I was moved to another room without any notice. I contacted the owner, he didn't respond. His name was Diego. He did respond to the people that were in my original room to pickup his cash only stay for the night I was suppose to be in the room.

la limpieza del lugar, no hay cuidado en el condominio, estuvimos a punto de dejar e irnos a otro lugar, realmente daba asco, sobre todo la cortina del baño, que mejor ni abrirla, a punto del vomito, no da confianza la limpieza de sabanas, las toallas duras, al momento de llegar la persona aun seguía haciendo su trabajo de limpiar, no es nada de buen aspecto, deben de tener un espacio exclusivo para hacerlo, creemos que solo se preocupan por cobrar y no dan el mantenimiento al lugar, sin duda no se recomendaría para nada, lo único que le salva un poco es la vista, pero de ahí en fuera no hay manera,

televisión sin canales, no hubo limpieza en la habitación y había una cucaracha, la estadia fue de mala a regular en el cuarto, pero las instalaciones del hotel están bien y la playa increíble, asi como la atención fue un tanto impersonal, ya que al ser cuartos que no pertenecen al hotel no prestan toallas de playa, ni dieron información de con quien dirigirse ni en recepción y en WhatsApp tardaran en contestar

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel that condo Was located in is very nice and filled up with great staff members. The beach in front is to die for. I asked to adjust my reservation slightly and Rodero condos helped me a lot. The room was gorgeous with amazing view and very comfortable bed. Very recommend this property!

Great ocean views, especially for price. Condo itself was a bit run down, the air con in the living room did not work at all, also had some ants. Check in process was a mess, we booked same day, when got there, the guard at the gate at first told us we werent on the list and to contact the owner despite it being an Expedia rental. Eventually he was able to talk to the manager to let us in, and fortunately some one (maintenance?) showed up at the unit itself to give a key, but for a good while seemed like we were going to be stuck. Got the email w checkin instructions the day we checked out.

Nice area, room was open. Didn't like that our room was nothing like what was described. the ladder to the unexpected loft was very wobbly and there was no broom for when sand got in. There was an irobot that was not charged for use. We had to hunt down the woman for extra towels but she was very sweet and quuck to help us.

Lugar muy agradable, limpio y la atencion excelente. Lamentablemente la plaza estaba en bandera roja pero con las albercas pudimos pasar un muy buen fin de semana, tranquilo y agradable. Muy recomendable.
