Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort and Casino

"The staff was generally very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We felt safe on the property. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful time. However, considering the Hilton’s resort fee, one should not have to pay an extra fee to get a palapa closer to the water. Also, most of the palapas did not have hooks on them, so our beach bag was out of view if we left it by our palapa. Lastly, beware of cab drivers overcharging from and back to the airport. This time we were charged $41 from the airport to the Hilton and then we were charged $45 from the Hilton to the airport. We were just in Aruba this past December and stayed at the Hilton and our cab fare was $35 both ways."

"Very convenient and close to everything in Atlantis and also downtown. The breakfast was great! The staff was very pleasant, always felt welcoming and they were respectful. The rooms could be upgraded some more, even if the building is old. My housekeeper, Ms. Darlene was very kind to us and every morning we see her, she's always smiling. Thank you for your pleasant and welcoming smile. God Bless, the Pearce's."
