「Located on a working vineyard and olive farm, Dimora is an amazing experience. They offer wine tasting for a price and dinner for a price but both are worth it. The wine tasting is led by a very knowledgeable staff member, Salvo, in our case. The wines were all bottled on site and were wonderful. We were able to order wine and have it shipped to our house in California. Dinner was prepared on site and served in a glass enclosed seating area with a fantastic view of the surrounding...

「It’s a beautiful small property with a very cool design. Fairly rustic though and with a bit of a farmhouse feel and therefore maybe not for everyone. Managers and owners Giacomo and Paola are both fantastic. Giacomo in particular was a superstar, passionately speaking about the wines of the winery and the region, giving us great restaurant recommendations and really going above and beyond with a smile. 」

The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. 「This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine...

「The hotel is in a lovely spot, overlooking the sea, but there is very little around and about…everything seemed to be shut (end of May). The rooms are nice, if a bit dated, and the pool area is clean and well kept. Only thing was the noise from the building work on site meant you couldn’t really relax easily on the sunloungers. Food was lovely - great breakfast.」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」
