“The property and villas are quiet, clean well maintained. So,e villas are in better condition than others, we have found.”

“We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beachside House! But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. We were able to see 3 rocket launches from the beach! The house itself is great. It's big enough for a large family group or several couples, yet provides enough privacy for everyone. “My family of 5 (Mom, Dad, 2 Teens, 1 Tween) enjoyed our 5 weekday stay here for Spring Break in March, 2024. The area is quite without much to do but enjoy nature. We spent time at the beach, pool and played in the onsite Game Room. We visited Sebastian Inlet and paddle boarded/kayaked at Honest John’s Fish Camp for $5 each. Watched a rocket launch and visited some surf shops along with a few roadside nature centers/museums. There is a Publix near by which made feeding the family easier from……

“Delightful midcentury house and decor all in lovely codidtion and on the intercoastal. Lots of recreational items available Not far from Kennedy Soace Center which is very much about the 60s. “We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. “Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”.”
