“Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy……

“The property was clean and had everything you could need. Property manager was quick to respond to initial questions and provided clear instructions. The pictures do not do this place justice. I would highly recommend. The setup was great for 2 adult couples and could have accommodated a couple kids if they were a little older in the loft.”

“Our stay in the Penthouse at Sylvan Beach was EXCELLENT!! The property was even better than we expected. The openness of the 3rd floor allowed us to be together but not on top of each other. The couch was comfy, TV was great, table fit us all, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. “If you’re looking for a place right in front of Greek Peak, then this is the perfect condo. It has everything a family with teens will need. It’s also one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented and it’s tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a well-stocked hot drinks bar, overflowing with coffee k-cups, creamer, sugar and sugar substitutes, and hot chocolate. Our teens were also pleasantly surprised to see some ramen and popcorn for their midnight snacking while binge watching Netflix and/or……

“Loved everything about the location! We had a blast and this was a girls trip with me, my sister and my two nieces. We went tubing since we figured that would be safer than Floridians attempting to ski. The ONLY thing that happened was the upstairs hairdryer caught on fire but luckily it was while it was in our hand and we aired out the room- the front desk immediately replaced it. The rest of the trip was spectacular!!”

“Truly this place is amazing. Upon entering, everything was super clean. Floors/Counters were immaculate and there was a perfect amount of décor without there being tchotchkes taking up valuable surface area. Darren was incredible even when things went wrong. He was very responsive ahead of time and had the unit set up perfectly for our stay, even bringing in an extra table and chairs so that we had a place to decorate cookies!! Now for the couple of "different" things. One, there are no window……

The staff was pleasant and helpful, just not too readily available. In condo, there were very limited kitchen supplies. Other VRBO properties I have stayed in had basics in the kitchen: salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc. and utensils: whisk, turner, rubber scraper. This property had none of these..……
