Ended up eating at the Catamount for dinner and breakfast. The staff there was also great, at was the food and drinks we ordered. “What a spectacular place on so many levels! Our “cabin” was as luxurious as one can get with high end everything including heated floors, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and a wall of glass overlooking the snow covered woods. The breakfast included was amazingly delicious and diverse with the 2 lovely kitchen staff going above and beyond to offer me gluten free options such as a decadent chocolate brownie, muffins and French toast.
