“One of the toilets was broken. The water valve had a huge leak, so it was shut off. (Turning it on made water spray everywhere - not a small thing.) I'm normally not bothered when there are minor maintenance issues, things break, no biggie. But it was clear that the property manager knew the toilet was broken previously, because someone had shut off the water valve. They rented us the unit without telling us of the issue and and just apologized for the inconvenience when I complained. Besides……

“Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. ”
