"Great location easy accessibility to shops & transport"

"It is not my first stay at this hotel. I like it very much because of its location, the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are updated (at least the one I was in), everything works and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue are the elevators. At the time I stayed there one was out of order, while the other 3 really struggled. The wait to go up and down at "rush" hours was unusually long. "

"Very new hotel, clean and bright! Very suitable for families with kids as they have play area for kids and adults alike! One of the few hotels where all the drinks and small snacks in the room are complimentary. Hotel even gave some tokens (1 per person per night) which can be used to exchange food/drinks/souvenir. Hotels location is also good!"

"It’s very good location if it’s your first time in Thailand, and the hotel offers family room, which was one of the reason why we decided to stay, and rooms are great size as well! Also the spa upstairs is a big bonus!! The staffs are really nice as well. The only tiny thing I could think about is to maybe bring a filter shower head, it’s less of a hotel issue, I think it’s a city pipe condition, and my family is quite sensitive to that, but regardless, we will stay again! "

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, great rooms, great pool area on the 7th floor, fantastic choices at breakfast but most of all, all the friendly staff who work there are a credit to the hotel. They certainly made our 4 nights stranded in Bangkok, thanks to Mr. Trump, alot more less stressful for us, so thank you to the General Manager and his wonderful hotel team. 🙏 ขอบคุณมาก"
