"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone was helpful and accommodating, especially the Filipino staff, who were very kind and made us feel at home. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel (main entrance Melinda St) is a good biz hotel. Pleasant staff. My room in the Tower block 42nd floor (good view) was comfortable with a kitchenette. Mini range, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. But, no slippers or robes. Food services decent prices but limited hours. Room service for dinner only 5pm-12. Otherwise, you have to order at the tiny snack bar, limited hours. Delivered my breakfast to a table in the lobby, 25 minute wait. No waiters. Help yourself to a glass from the unattended bar. Has a decent gym, soak pool and sauna. Not enough elevators for Tower block. Basement access to PATH via historic basement vault. Many eateries within 2 blocks. Recommended for the location and comfortable Tower rooms."

"Convenient location and a nice clean room. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and the Jays game. Room was quite small but worked well for our one night stay in the city. We could hear most of the activity in the hallways at night and early morning. Highly recommend El Pacho"
