"Communication was easy and nina was very accommodating. Place was clean and tidy and convenient for situation. Family was very friendly. However, keep in mind there is no kitchen which was not a big deal for me but for future guest who are looking for a room and want to cook. Regardless, would recommend people to stay. "

"I hesitated to write a review b/c there are a number of criticisms but then I noticed that this host doesn’t have any reviews yet so maybe these can be constructive. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed: very good, cold fridge;very good shower with hand held option; shelves plus hooks in the washroom, so there was someplace to put our toiletries, drinking water & two glasses on one side of the bed.No coffee maker or kettle; no means by which to wash the dishes that were provided...

"We got to the property late at night and even though it was a self check-in process, the owner came out the door and still gave us a short tour of the property and made us feel comfortable. He was also very hospitable with our requests. I would re-book in his property if I ever need a place to stay just outside Toronto again!. 10/10 "
