"Hotel staff wasn't responsive at all, emailed them and tried hotel.com messaging also but nothing. Person at check-in was curt and not a bit flexible. Included breakfast was ok. Staff helped with vegetarian options. Used the thermal pool but no staff around the pool even though it was before closing time. "

"We loved our two nights at Casa Luna and if we are ever back in La Fortuna we would definitely stay again. The property is beautifully maintained, the staff is friendly and the food at breakfast and at the pool side bar exceeded our expectations (we went out for dinner). There were so many places to chose from in La Fortuna and I’m so glad I chose Casa Luna!"

"The internet was slow there were bugs everwhwere for the 341 we spend the photo of resort and what you actually got were alot worst then the picture shower head had duct tape on it when i brought thi up with the staff they didnt really care as they already had your money hot rub was broken and most of the hotel is under renovated so it was worth it "

"Property was clean, cute and adequate for our stay. Surroundings were beautiful and staff was welcoming and helpful, especially the owners. Breakfast was great!"

"Pros-Amazing view of the volcano, beautiful porch-Middle of paradise, yet so close to everything (sodas, hot springs, waterfalls, splinting, etc)-D’Angelo met us at the nearby grocery story and led us down the side streets to the home, where he gave us a full tour (what service)! -Gardens are well maintained -Two washrooms, each with its own bidet!-Filtered water if we prefer rather than the tap-Hot shower with soap and shampoo, so nice-Plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen-Toucans, howler monkeys, turkeys and so many birds right in the backyard! Cons(These are very minor and D’Angelo kindly mentioned some of these to us beforehand, which I greatly appreciated; hence 5 stars)-One of the slider’s locks had recently broken; however D’Angelo had a temp floor bolt lock installed, which worked-Tiny nest of small non-stinging bees at the outdoor table. More just annoying while eating and in hindsight we should have just moved the table (our fault as we are in the rainforest)!-Knife set could be replaced, but were usable -Nothing else, this place is awesome. It’s a really cool cabin in paradise. Wish we booked for longer! "
