"Host was proactive in her communication and check in and out were easy. Plenty of lighting and the space was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a comprehensive list of local eateries and things to do nearby. Its a little far for me from public transportation (street car line and bus lines) but uber and lifts are readily available. Would stay here again! "

"Room was clean staff was awsome breakfast was ok. You are close by two Walgreens so if you want to cook one night and not eat out you have the capability to get food."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. Check in was amazing Dion was so helpful. We arrived around 10am and we were able to get a room right away. I do wish the room had drawers for clothing and more hanging space I had to live out of my suitcase. The only other issue we had was a missed cleaning and we were partially to blame, as we were late leaving the room. That being said we spoke to the front desk and they get it taken care of. We loved the location close enough to the action but not stuck in the ruckus. We would definitely stay again. "

"I booked our trip to NOLA for four of us traveling from different parts of the country and we stayed here for 1 week. The staff was all SO kind and helpful and made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door. The location to everything in the French Quarter is perfect and is just 1 block off of Bourbon Street, close enough to everything but away from all of the noise. It is one of the hotels that is listed where you can be picked up by tours in front of the hotel and all Cabs and Ubers arrived in 2-3 minutes. There is an onsite restaurant & bar that opens at 7am for coffee and breakfast and bring your water bottle to be refilled at their filling station in the lobby. Refrigerators in the room and ice machine, snacks and microwave located on every floor, we wanted for nothing. The beds and pillows were comfy, the room was spotless and cleaned daily, the air conditioning was wonderful.. A special shout-out to Cory the ever-present onsite security person who was helpful in any way needed and also to Ryan in the Twisted Waffle restaurant who's friendly face was there every morning to greet us, both of these employees are assets to this great hotel! I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel to everyone and I will be returning one day!"

"We arrived at 11:30 pm and were very exhausted. The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, and it was delicious and the waitress was very accommodating. We were able to get a spot on Bienville which made it easy for us, and we were very excited not to have to walk far so late in the evening. Thank you all very much. We are from Hammond Louisiana and decided after a cancelled flight to stay in New Orleans and we were happy with the Hotel."

"Great location, great facilities. Even have a Jazz bar and PJ coffee in the hotel itself. Pool is beautiful. Even though is in the middle of the busy area. It was quiet all the time. I appreciate that is in the middle of the party but I will prefer to stay closer to the water next time. Its quiet more calm area"

"Charles at check-in and whenever we strolled past the front desk he greeted us with a smile. Billy at Concierge was mist accommodating with the city tour. Bellman “D” (from Jamaica) was so kind and helpful with walking directions and sharing an umbrella with us. He also made sure my Uber was booked correctly."

"Amazing location, great service, the hotel itself is beautiful. We got the king bed room, the bed was comfy and the room was still dark in the morning so it was so nice we got to sleep in. However the room was super tiny but that didn’t really bothered us. The concierge was really helpful. The bar at the hotel was oir favorite from all, and the restaurant is also really good, we had breakfast there and it was great! Super recommend"
