“When I arrived at the property I was allowed to check in early which was great. The room was warm and only got hotter as we tried to wait to see if the AC unit would kick in. We noticed the mini fridge was also not cold. I called the front desk and a maintenance worker was at our room in under 10 minutes. He came into the room and immediately diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing it. He was incredibly polite and a joy to interact with. He fixed our ac unit which immediately started to……
