“For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. AND to call in the morning if its an issue.
Sure enough, the heavy noise started incredibly early and was……

“Amazing stay! Loved this hotel and all its amenities. From wine hour, to complimentary breakfast, to the milk and cookies in the evening and the complimentary bottle of wine brought to our room! All staff were helpful, kind and courteous. The location was perfect. We literally were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Close to all shops, restaurants, tours and right on the waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel!”

“I thought everything was very nice clean appropriate and the people were pleasant. My only criticism is that Parking was $35 and that seemed to be all inclusive when I scheduled it. They should’ve mentioned this early on. Also, I parked on the fifth floor of a parking garage that had essentially 10 cars in the entire garage. Also if I did not go through the hotel, it probably would’ve been a $12 charge.”

Roof top was great for a pre-dinner cocktail.”
