「Horrible customer service, tried charging my card 12 times 2 days before my stay, it denied because it was locked to prevent fraud, but they never called to say there was an issue. I called and unlocked the card, charged the room and relocked it. When we got there they charged us $20 to check in 2 hours early, to a room that way already clean and empty. I used a different card, they changed the ENTIRE STAY to the new card, even though they had already charged me on my original card. GM was...

「We have stayed here a few times now and it's always clean, well maintained and quiet. The owner and cleaner are both helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant and gas station right next door and a general store across the street so the location is very convenient. We haven't had the chance to use the pool yet but definitely plan to on our next trip up to inglis.」

「This hotel was extremely dirty. The amount of hair built up on the baseboards in the bathrooms was unacceptable. Stains on the towels. No one has wiped anything down or mopped in 100 years. Pool was dirty, no lounge chairs and the jacuzzi was closed. -Probably for health and safety reasons. My family and I left immediately upon entering the room. We decided driving the extra hours home in the dead of night was worth it.」
