“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。 酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”

“First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”

“The rooms are not in the main building, they are what I can only describe as motel type rooms in a couple of blocks. We had a 1st floor room the window only opened an inch and there was no A/C, didn't get a lot of sleep at the weather therefore the room was baking hot. Lovely grounds to walk round and the breakfast was good in a really nice setting.”

“While this facility had a lot of high level amenities like and Elemis spa, squash court etc, they fall far short of acceptable in basic room accommodations. We specifically made sure the hotel had Air conditioning before booking and when we arrived confirmed again because the lobby was so hot. Even so, they checked us into a room they KNEW the air conditioning wasn’t working (they had put a fan in the room). After a bit of back and forth and waiting for the room to “cool” they agreed to move……
