「The door lock is broken and I couldn't sleep well all night」

「A tiny cottage… yes it was, but very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable and oh so Peaceful! So beautifully quiet at night. A bon fire each night when I was there. Welcoming for my dogs. The owner was so friendly… very nice …personable to speak with. I did enjoy my stay. Very relaxing. Minutes to downtown Cape Charles.」

「The beds were comfortable. The floors were LVP (preferred over carpet)! Rooms were good size! Bathroom was a okay…no handicap or security rails…tub was slick! Small fridge and microwave located in the bathroom??! Air conditioner did not work well and needs to be replaced. There is an outdoor pool…it was clean and good size, it is close to the road (traffic was not bad or heavy). We only interfaced with the staff and check in and check out…nice both times. Parking is an issue..:and tight! ...

「Very horrible from beginning to end from walking into the building people hanging out look like crackheads in the parking lot inside was very dirty. The room was filthy. The room was not cleaned. The hallways were horrible. The whole experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. In fact, I lost money. I checked in and never stayed one night in there in fact did not even stay. 5 minutes. I left out and went and found a much better hotel. Very horrible experience.」

「absolutely horrible stay. ordered a king bed, got two twin beds, our key card didn’t work, never cleaned the room, never got new towels even when we asked, the fridge either froze everything or completely melted, deadbolt didn’t work so they sent us to a new room. new room didn’t have pillowcases on the pillows, red spattered stains on pillows, dents and scratches all over room 6, sent us to a new hotel location, to get there and still have two twin beds. when we got there to the new location...
